Your Deck is good but to play decree with 5 traps is dangerous....
I think a second Bottom would be more adapted.

You need some card as dekoichi or Skelengel to accelerate the deck...(Tsukukomi with Dekoichi gives Card Advantage ^^)
Spear Dragon is a good card but here I do not see it utility .
